When does registration close?

Registration will close March 15th, 2020.

Do I need to tell anyone if I need to miss a clinic night?

No, it's okay if you miss a night. Just pick up where you left off when you come back.

 

Can I bring my kids or a stroller?

No kids or strollers are allowed. This is a time for yourself.

Can children participate?

Children who wish to participate must be in 6th grade or older at time of registration.

 

How much are t-shirts and when is the deadline?

The t-shirts will be on sale for $20. The deadline for t-shirts is to be determined.

What's the weather policy?

If it's raining at the ASU track at 6pm, we will cancel. Check our Facebook group for cancellation updates. 

 

Can I change groups after the clinic starts?

Yes! 

 

Where do I find a metronome? 

You can download the "MetroTimer" app. Set it to 90 or 180 beats per minute. 

 

What do I need to bring to the clinic nights?

Bring water! Wear layers- it will be cold for the first half of the clinic. We suggest gloves and ear gear.

It will feel 10 degrees colder and windier down on the track.
